Product Overview
This precision-engineered engine mount securely holds your
engine in place while absorbing vibrations and road shocks. Manufactured from high-grade
steel and vibration-resistant rubber or hydraulic components, it ensures
long service life even under demanding driving conditions.
Key Features & Benefits
- OEM-equivalent
performance – Direct replacement for part number 9A137502322.
- Enhanced
vibration isolation – Reduces cabin noise and harshness for a
smoother, quieter drive.
- Durable
construction – Corrosion-resistant housing with high-quality bonding
for long life.
- Precision
fit – Matches factory specifications for fast, trouble-free
installation.
- Improves
ride quality and handling – Maintains correct engine position and
drivetrain geometry.
- Prevents costly damage – Reduces stress on exhaust systems, hoses, and electrical wiring.
Symptoms of a Worn or Failing Engine Mount - If your engine mount is worn, you may notice:
- Excessive
vibration or shaking at idle or during acceleration.
- Clunking
or knocking noises when shifting gears or accelerating.
- Engine
movement or rocking under load.
- Visible
cracks or leaks in the rubber or hydraulic fluid.
- A sagging or misaligned engine in the bay.
These symptoms suggest it’s time for replacement before further damage occurs.
Common Causes of Failure - Engine mounts naturally wear out due to:
- Age
and fatigue (rubber hardens, cracks, or loses elasticity).
- Oil
or coolant leaks that deteriorate the rubber.
- Harsh
driving or torque loads from aggressive acceleration.
- Incorrect
installation or over-tightened fasteners.
- Corrosion on the mounting brackets or bolts.
Why Replace an Engine Mount? - Replacing your mount restores stability, comfort, and
safety.
- Prevents
engine movement that can damage hoses or wiring.
- Reduces vibration and noise inside the cabin.
- Maintains alignment of the drivetrain and transmission.
- Avoids premature wear on suspension and steering components.
- Restores factory ride comfort and performance feel.
Quality You Can Trust
All mounts are manufactured to OEM or higher standards,
tested for vibration resistance, and backed by our quality guarantee. Replace
both left and right mounts if necessary for balanced support and maximum
longevity.

Replace the part when it has lost its ability to control engine movement and damp vibration. Typical triggers to replace the centre mount include:
- Hard clunk or bang on acceleration, deceleration or gear changes (engine shifting against chassis).
- Excessive vibration into the cabin, especially at idle or specific RPM bands.
- Visible damage — torn, separated rubber, oil-soaked or collapsed mount/bushing, or corrosion of mating faces.
Common issues & failure causes
- Rubber deterioration: age, heat cycling and mechanical fatigue cause the rubber to harden, crack or de-bond from the metal, reducing isolation and allowing increased engine movement.
- Fluid contamination: oil or coolant leaks accelerate rubber breakdown (softening or swelling), commonly seen on older engines where leaks occur.
- Mechanical shock / abuse: repeated hard launches, aggressive shifting or collisions can cause sudden mount failure or promote early fatigue.
- Bracket wear / corrosion: the bushing may be fine, but the aluminium bracket can crack, corrode, or the bushing may need pressing into a worn bracket — which is why some techs prefer replacing the full assembly.

Engineered as a direct replacement for failed or faulty PADM sensors, this upgraded unit incorporates several significant improvements over the original design to provide enhanced durability, reliability, and long-term performance.
Featuring a mechanically pinned internal chip, CNC-machined aluminium housing, and OEM-level calibration, this sensor is designed to withstand the harsh operating conditions found in high-performance Porsche applications while delivering factory-level signal accuracy.
Unlike conventional sensors that rely on adhesive bonding, the internal sensing chip is mechanically secured to improve resistance to vibration, temperature fluctuations, and long-term fatigue. The precision-machined aluminium housing further enhances heat resistance, pressure resistance, and overall structural integrity.
Designed as a true plug-and-play solution, installation requires no coding, software calibration, or specialist programming. Simply install the sensor and restore correct PADM operation.
This upgraded sensor has undergone extensive testing across multiple Porsche applications to ensure OEM-level performance and reliable communication with the vehicle's PADM control system.
