Engine mount.
The engine mount secures the rear-mounted engine to the chassis/subframe and isolates engine vibration from the cabin and body structure. It helps to maintain proper engine position, dampens engine movement under load, and allows the engine to operate smoothly without transferring excessive vibration or torque shock to the chassis.
